プライバシーポリシー
TransferFriends（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。 翻訳・音声認識・要約・言い換えはすべて端末内（オフライン）で処理され、 会話の内容・原文・訳文を当社サーバへ自動送信することはありません。通信は以下の任意機能のときのみ行います。
1. 収集する情報
- 匿名利用統計（任意・既定オフ）：設定でオンにした場合のみ送信します。匿名インストールID （端末内で生成するランダムなID・個人や連絡先とは結びつきません）、アプリ/OS/端末モデル/地域(locale)、 機能の利用回数、翻訳の言語ペア、利用モード等の統計メタ情報のみ。 会話内容・原文・訳文は一切含みません。いつでもオフにできます。
- 誤訳の報告（任意）：利用者が「報告」した語句に限り、その原文・訳文・言語・モデル名等を 品質改善のため送信します。報告しない限り送信されません。
- お問い合わせ（任意）：入力された本文と任意の連絡先。返信生成のため外部AIサービス （OpenRouter）へ送信される場合があります。
- 表示用データの取得：本アプリは表示用の画像や固有名詞辞書をサーバから取得します。その際に 個人情報は送信しません（通信の性質上、IPアドレスはサーバのログに一時的に記録されます）。
2. 利用目的
本アプリの改善・品質向上・サポート対応のためにのみ利用します。広告配信や第三者へのデータ販売は行いません。
3. 第三者提供・トラッキング
第三者の広告SDKは使用せず、広告目的のトラッキング（IDFA等）も行いません。お問い合わせへの返信生成のため OpenRouter（大規模言語モデル）を利用する場合があります。
4. 保存・管理・削除
データは当社のサーバ（日本）に保存され、集計・サポートの目的で必要な期間保持します。 削除をご希望の場合は下記の連絡先へご連絡ください。
5. お子様について
本アプリは一般の利用者向けであり、児童を主たる対象としていません。
6. お問い合わせ
本ポリシーやデータに関するお問い合わせは、アプリ内の「ご意見・ご要望」、または運営の連絡先までお願いします。
7. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されます。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内等でお知らせします。
Privacy Policy (English)
TransferFriends ("the App") is built privacy-first. Translation, speech recognition, summarization and rephrasing are all processed on your device (offline). We never automatically send your conversations, source text, or translations to our servers. Network requests happen only for the optional features below.
1. Information we collect
- Anonymous usage analytics (optional, OFF by default): sent only if you turn it on in Settings. A random anonymous install ID generated on your device (not linked to your identity or contacts), app/OS/device model, locale, feature usage counts, translation language pairs, and modes — metadata only. No conversation content, source text, or translations are ever included. You can turn it off anytime.
- Mistranslation reports (optional): only for a phrase you explicitly "report" — its source text, translation, language and model name are sent to improve quality. Nothing is sent unless you report it.
- Inquiries (optional): the message you type and an optional contact. It may be sent to an external AI service (OpenRouter) to generate a reply.
- Content delivery: the App fetches display images and a proper-noun glossary from our server. No personal data is sent for this (your IP address is briefly recorded in server logs as part of normal networking).
2. How we use it
Only to improve and support the App. We do not serve ads or sell data to third parties.
3. Third parties & tracking
No third-party ad SDKs and no advertising tracking (e.g., IDFA). We may use OpenRouter (a large language model service) to generate replies to inquiries.
4. Storage, retention & deletion
Data is stored on our servers (in Japan) and retained as needed for analytics and support. Contact us to request deletion.
5. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not primarily directed at children.
6. Contact

7. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced in the App or here.
